How do you install wire art?

You can choose from flat or with prongs. Whichever installation method you choose, installing wire art is much easier than you imagine it to be.

With every order you get full installation instructions plus you can view the advantages and disadvantages or each option here.

For some pieces, there is the option of your piece of art being able to stand. If this is an option, it will be available on the product options when you purchase. If you have any questions, please email hello@vividwire.co.uk before you order.

What colours do you offer for custom wire words?

I offer the full 16 options for custom wire words. although you will only see the option of four colours when you come to purchase your wire words. If you'd like a colour that isn't there, just add a comment at checkout, telling me which colour you would like. If you have any questions, or would like to see close up photos of particular colours, please email hello@vividwire.co.uk before you order.

Can wire words and wire art be installed outside?

Yes they can! The wire is made of aluminium, so it won't rust.

Some colours of wire can discolour over a period of time, if they are in direct sunlight for long periods of time. Wire art and wire words are a great way to add some colour and boldness to your garden. I do also make door numbers, which is a unique way to brighten up your front door!

How quickly will I get my order?

This year I am on a mission to reduce my lead time to 2 weeks across all my designs, however the maximum lead time for a custom order is four weeks. Lead time is the amount of time you have to wait from when you make your order to when I send the order from Vivid Wire HQ.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

Yes I do! I can ship an order to anywhere in the world! If there is an issue at checkout and it says "Sorry, our products are not currently available in your region" please email hello@vividwire.co.uk before you order.

If I need to order something to be made at short notice, can you help?

I usually offer some designs and wire art kits in my Ready to Ship section but if what you were looking for isn't there, email hello@vividwire.co.uk before you order, and if I can help you out, I will, but I can't guarantee I will have time. As they say, "if you don't ask, you don't get", so always ask me.

I'm thinking about joining one of your workshops to learn how to make wire art, but I'm a little scared that I'm not creative enough. Do you have to be really creative to learn wire art?

Nope, not at all! In the workshops, I take you through all the steps to make your very own wire art. Some of the wonderful people who have attended my workshops had never felt creative and have made some amazing things. In fact, until I became a wire artist, I was convinced I was rubbish at art because I am not very talented at drawing. It turns out, I can draw better with wire than I can using a pencil! Wire art could be the craft that turns you into an artist too!

Do I have to sign up to the 'Make With Me' Workshop subscription to join in with the wire art workshops?

You can choose to sign up every month to the workshops, so you get time to yourself for something you love to do, every month. Or, choose to join in just once.

Can I cancel my subscription easily?

Yep! You can cancel whenever you want to. Just log into your account, and go to 'my subscriptions' page and cancel your plan there. Alternatively, just email hello@vividwire.co.uk
